Requirements:
- Female, maximal 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree of Psychology
- Experience 3 years in the same position
- Bachelor degree in psychology and good knowledge in psychology tool
- Experience in recruitment minimal 1 year
- HR administration & analysis (such as : absenteeism, overtime, working hour, working schedule, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in Indonesia Labor Law and regulation
- Honest and dependable
- Good communication skill
- Good negotiation and problem solving skill
- Very high attention to detail
- Able to work in team, under pressure and tight deadline
- Computer literate (Microsoft office suite: Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)
- Experience in creating reports and administrative documents related to HR
- Willing to be place in Bandung
